Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days through your original method of payment or as store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with details and proof (photos/videos).

Shipping Costs
